Epstein files include the name of Zohran Mamdani’s mother, Mira Nair
An email from October 21, 2009, sent by publicist Peggy Siegal to Jeffrey Epstein, indicates that director Mira Nair attended the film’s afterparty.

A new set of Epstein files has revealed that New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s mother, Mira Nair, attended an after-party for her 2009 film “Amelia” at the home of convicted sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell.
The U.S. Justice Department on Friday released more than three million pages of documents on convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, including 2,000 videos and 180,000 images.
An email from publicist Peggy Siegal to Jeffrey Epstein, sent on October 21, 2009, also surfaced in the documents. The email, sent in the early morning hours, shortly after Siegal left the party, provides details about the after-party.
Former President Bill Clinton and Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos were also in attendance at the party.
The email read, “Just left Ghislaine’s townhouse…after party for the film. Bill Clinton and Jeff Bezos were there…Jean Pigozzi, director Mira Nair…etc.”
The email described the guests’ reaction to Nair’s film as “lukewarm.”
The email continued, “The film got a cool reception, although the women liked it more…Hilary Swank and Jane: at a silly party in Bloomingdale’s cheap sportswear department…very strange. The studio got the store and windows for a free party for a month…will be at Wall Street 2 tomorrow…and much more. xoxo Peg.”
Epstein Files also mention Elon Musk
The Epstein files also contain several email exchanges between Epstein and Tesla CEO Elon Musk. In November 2012, Epstein sent Musk an email asking, “How many people will you be bringing by helicopter to the island?”
“Probably just Talulah and me. What day/night is the wildest party on your island?” Musk responded on November 25, 2012.
