American Express Banking Corp. has introduced a time-bound offer for its select credit cardholders in India, which allows eligible members to receive promotional vouchers based on their spend during the offer period.

This offer is valid until October 25. Registration is required, and only those who communicate directly with American Express are eligible.

Eligible American Express cards include Platinum Reserve, Platinum Travel, Gold, Membership Rewards and SmartEarn credit cards issued by American Express Banking Corporation in India. Corporate cards and network-branded cards issued by third parties are excluded.

Under this offer from American Express, members can choose from two reward tiers based on net eligible spend:

Tier 1: Spend ₹1,00,000 or more to receive a promo code worth ₹3,000.

Tier 2: Spend ₹2,00,000 or more to receive a promo code worth ₹6,000.

Expenditures made on supplementary cards linked to the registered basic card will be aggregated towards the total eligible expenditure. Transactions such as cash advances, fees and interest charges are excluded from the offer.

Final award allocation will be based on net cost after accounting for refunds, reversals or credits.

The promo codes will be issued by December 15, 2025, through the registered email address and will be valid for 25 days from the date of issuance. They can be redeemed across a selection of brands including Amazon, Flipkart, Cleartrip, BigBasket, MakeMyTrip, Reliance Digital, Tata Cliq, Nykaa, Air India, Zomato, Swiggy, Uber, Croma, BookMyShow, Zepto and others. Promo codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

American Express notes that eligibility is contingent on the card account being active at the time of issuing the promo code and that members are responsible for ensuring their registered email address is correct.

The company also highlighted that participation is voluntary and that it is not responsible for any issues related to the use or non-use of goods or services obtained through the offer.
